AI Photo Video Maker (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, and delete information when you use our iOS application.

Access to AI features requires signing in using Apple Sign-In.
When you sign in with Apple, we may receive:
A unique Apple user identifier

Your email relay address (if provided)
This information is used solely for account authentication and management. We do not use Apple Sign-In information for advertising or marketing purposes.
We collect only the information necessary to operate and improve the App.
Images or photos uploaded for image-to-video or face-swapping generation
Generated output content
Optional email address if contacting support
Uploaded media may contain facial features.
We may automatically collect:
Device type
Operating system
App version
Device identifiers
IP address
Usage event data
Crash logs and diagnostic data
Advertising Identifier (IDFA), subject to user permission
All purchases and subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchases.
We do not collect, access, or store payment or credit card information.
When users upload images or videos containing human faces, including for face-swapping or AI transformation features, the App may process facial feature information.
“Face Data” refers solely to visual information related to the positioning, geometry, and appearance of facial features contained within uploaded media.
Face Data is processed only to generate the specific AI output requested by the user.
We do not:
Perform facial recognition
Identify real-world individuals
Authenticate identity using biometric data
Create biometric identifiers
Store facial recognition templates
Generate persistent facial embeddings
Use Face Data for surveillance, tracking, or profiling
Face Data remains part of the uploaded media and is automatically deleted within 24 hours in accordance with our data retention policy.
Face Data is never used to train, retrain, fine-tune, or improve artificial intelligence models.
Users may upload content containing other individuals.
By uploading any content, you represent and warrant that:
You have the legal right to use the content;
You have obtained necessary consent from identifiable individuals;
The content does not violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other legal rights.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring appropriate rights and consent before using face-swapping or AI transformation features.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates applicable laws or this policy.
To protect user safety and comply with applicable laws, the App enforces content standards.
Users agree not to upload or generate content that:
Violates privacy or publicity rights
Contains explicit, abusive, defamatory, or unlawful material
Infringes intellectual property rights
Impersonates individuals or misrepresents identity
We may use automated systems to detect prohibited content.
Users may report inappropriate content via in-app reporting mechanisms.
We reserve the right to restrict, remove, or suspend accounts that violate these standards.
AI Photo Video Maker uses proprietary artificial intelligence models developed and operated exclusively by us.
Our AI infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
We do not use third-party AI model providers to process user-uploaded content.
AI processing:
Occurs only in response to explicit user actions
Is fully automated
Does not involve human review
Does not reuse content for secondary purposes
Does not use uploaded content for model training
Uploaded images and generated content are securely stored on AWS servers.
Content is automatically deleted within 24 hours after upload.
Users may manually delete content at any time before automatic deletion.
We do not retain uploaded content beyond 24 hours unless legally required.
We do not store persistent biometric data or facial recognition templates.
We use limited third-party services necessary to operate the App:
Cloud hosting infrastructure for AI processing and storage.
Analytics and crash reporting (including event logging and Crashlytics).
Mobile attribution and performance analytics.
Optimizes performance and delivery speed.
These providers may process limited technical data such as:
Device identifiers
IP address
Usage data
Crash logs
Advertising Identifier (subject to permission)
We do not share user-uploaded images or generated AI content with analytics or attribution providers.
All third-party providers are contractually required to implement appropriate data protection safeguards.
The App integrates Firebase and Singular, which may access the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for attribution and analytics purposes.
We:
Request user permission under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing IDFA
Do not access IDFA without user authorization
Do not sell advertising identifiers
Do not use IDFA for personalized advertising within the App
Users may modify tracking permissions at any time via device settings.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.
We may share limited data only:

When required by law
To protect legal rights, prevent fraud, or ensure security
No data is shared for independent advertising purposes.
The App is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.
