Cupid AI is intended for adult users aged 18 and over. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Upload, share, or transmit inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality or servers

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. By making a purchase, you agree that:

• Payments will be charged to your Apple ID

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the billing period

• You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your device’s Apple ID account settings

• No refunds are offered for unused portions unless required by law or Apple policy

4. User Content

You may interact with or generate content within the App. You are solely responsible for the content you provide and agree not to submit:

• Harassing, violent, or sexually explicit content

• Misinformation or impersonation

• Content that violates third-party rights or community guidelines

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the App, including its features, design, and content, are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Errors or interruptions in service

• Loss of data

• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any breach of these Terms.
